I was asked with many question such as below:
1.The signal to open can remain permanent or should be just pulsation?, and to reverse the position (close)
2. Podrian confirmar si realmente se apaga cuando llega a la posiciĆ³n final?
3. How to connect signal wires of CR05?
4....................................
Though I am not an expert myself, I want to say my understandings. If I am wrong, or you have different opionions, please correct me by comment.
For CR05, signal wires "red", "black" and "green" (should be connected at first) power wires "yellow" and "blue"
For CR501 and CR502, signal wires "green, yellow, white" and power wires "red and black"
CR05 wire diagram interested me most. I think the diagram on manual maybe wrong. I think the correct description should be as follows:
CR05: When SW on open status, the valve opens, getting the position, the internal controller detected it and output the signal of AOLS to customer's own controllers. Meanwhile, control SW to STOP status. The valve remains fully open position.
When SW on close status, the valve closes, getting the position, the internal controller detected it and output the signal of ACLS to customer's own controllers. Meanwhile, control SW to STOP status. The valve remains fully close position.
If you want to start with a CR05 actuator, please connect signal wires to your own controller, such as a controller using passive contact signal to control a bulb light on or off.
Reminder: You need a three position switch with open, close, stop status. And you need to connect signal wires first. When the valve reaches its' fully open or close status, as long as the switch is not on stop status, the actuator motor would keep on runninging and limit switch inside might be damaged.
CR501 and CR502's wire diagrams seem correct.
If you need an actuator which cut off internal motor and output on/off signal, please use our CR501, it use a two position switch
If you need an actuator which cut off internal motor, output on/off signal and return back when cut off power, please use our CR502.
