Description
This product is very flexible, and you can customize the highest temperature, temperature return, Fahrenheit/Celsius and delay start time. The controller has a default setting with the highest temperature being 160℉ (which actually can be adjusted to 248℉). Before use, please read the instructions and adjust the corresponding parameters according to your desired temperature.

NOTE
1. This heat pad only has heating function(NOT REFRIGERATING).
2.The temperature of the heating pad rises quickly. Pls don't touch the heat pad by hand to prevent scalding.
3.Pls adjust the maximum heating temperature you need according to the instruction before use. Default Max Temp is 160℉.
4.It is recommended that you conduct a pilot run with an EMPTY chamber in case of excessive temperatures resulting in damage.
FAQ
1.The temperature does not rise at all or rise to a value but could not rise any further.
Pls check E2(Higher setpoint limit)and C2(Temperature control mode) according to the instruction. Adjust E2 to the Max temperature you need and C2 to Heating mode.
If it still couldn't solve your problem, pls contact customer service for replacement.
Note: Some heat pads are ‘0=Heating 1=Refrigerating', some are '1=Heating 0=Refrigerating' due to different batch. Pls try both parameters.
2.The temperature rise very slowly or rise for a while and then drop.
The different density of heating wire lead to the difference of heating speed. Please turn on the heater for fifteen minutes, if it still couldn't reach the temperature you need, pls contact customer service for replacement.
3.The temperature can only rise (cannot be refrigerated), the temperature is too high, can I control it?
These questions point to the product's core component-the digital temperature controller. In fact, the digital temperature controller has two modes: "heating" and "refrigeration". The refrigeration mode is generally used for cold storage temperature control. When we designed the heating pad, we only used the heating function of the controller, so it caused some misunderstanding amongst customers.
4. The controller didn't respond after the electricity?
The wiring may fall off during packaging, transportation and use. Please check the wiring according to the following chart. If there is a loose, please re-connect it, and it will work normally.
5. The connector peel off. How to rewire it?
As we can see, there are 4 wires. Two of them are connecting wires and the remaining are temperature control wires. Please refer to the following rules to rewire connectors.
